About Megan

Hi! I'm a dedicated and versatile tutor with over 5 years of experience helping students succeed in both academics and athletics. I come from a family of teachers, and that passion for education runs deep. I've tutored Math for 5 years, including Algebra, Geometry, and AP Statistics (I scored a 5 myself!). I also have a strong background in English, having earned 4's on both AP Language & Composition and AP English Literature. I'm especially skilled in reading comprehension and helping students feel confident in their writing and critical thinking. Beyond the classroom, I've spent the last 5 years coaching youth soccer and teaching swim lessons. Whether it's breaking down a complex math concept or building teamwork and discipline on the field, I love helping young people grow in all areas of life. I bring patience, positivity, and energy to every session-whether we're solving equations, writing essays, or scoring goals!
