Learning alongside students is my passion. With two years of experience, I create engaging, supportive, and patient learning environments for elementary and middle school students. I actively listen to students and observe their interactions with new material to adapt my teaching methods. I also vary my strategies, incorporating visual aids, hands-on activities, and discussions. I celebrate small successes and break down complex problems into manageable steps. Open communication is essential for understanding student needs and building trust. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment and growing confidence is the most rewarding aspect of tutoring. I am comfortable tutoring in person or online. I also have a car and am comfortable with pets. I'd love to use my skills to help your student excel in English, Science, Test Preparation, and more!
