Megan was a perfect fit for our family and our daughter warmed up to her with ease. She was very engaged, communicative, respectful, and personable. She was with our family for 6 months before there was some schedule changes that became conflicted, otherwise we would still be employing her. Megan knows ASL and incorporated it into daily communications with our daughter who is HH. All in all, Megan was the best nanny we could have asked for and she does amazing with kids of all ages.
