Hello, My name is Megan and I recently moved here from Wisconsin. I feel I am very qualified for a special needs position. I was a substitute teacher for children with special needs in my school district for 7 years. I taught children kindergarten through 18 years of age. Over those 7 years I taught in over 20 schools, this has made me prepared for any given situation. I also taught English to children in South Korea for one year. Learning to communicate with many children, when we did not speak the same language, can be comparable to teaching children with special needs where sometimes you need to get creative in communication. I was also a tutor for 2 years for children with autism, I would do in home therapy. Please feel free to reach out if you feel it would be a good fit! My available hours are stated. ~ Megan
