Hello Families, My name is Megan, I've been in the childcare field for 15 years and I love my job! As a caregiver, my goal is to provide children with a well-rounded, engaging day filled with learning, creativity, and fun. I plan age-appropriate educational and creative activities that encourage learning through play, while helping children develop important social, emotional, and cognitive skills. I believe in fostering positive social interactions, modeling respectful communication, and creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to grow. I also work closely with parents to maintain consistency with age-appropriate boundaries and disciplinary approaches. Reading, singing, and language-rich activities are an important part of each day, helping children build strong communication skills and expand their vocabulary in a fun and natural way.
