About Megan

Seeking a position as a Nanny where I can demonstrate my six years of experience and show my love of working with children, organize daily schedules and care for their physical, emotional and mental well-being. EXPERIENCE I currently work for family with twins. I assumed all responsibility regarding the childcare and development for twins starting from 6 months old to their current age of 13 months. I worked with an occupational and physical therapist and took the lead in incorporating the exercises to help reach milestones. - Working with families and nanny shares up to five children -Coordinate with the parents so the kids and I can take trips to the park, zoo, and to a small nearby pool. We spent hours outside playing and put together activities such as having water balloons during summer or sledding in winter. I promote patience and positive behavior and open communication with the kids to encourage expression of feelings and thoughts.
