About Megan

I'd describe my personality as kind, understanding, and bubbly. I like working with kids because they are joyful and creative and having the ability to make a positive impact on them as they grow up. I'm looking for a job that is preferably 24 hrs/week. I am can work varying days and hours. I can help with other errands, household chores, and transportation as needed. I started working with kids when I was 13 as a babysitter. At 16 I worked in childcare at church. I am also the oldest of four kids so I have been taking care of kids pretty much my whole life. When I was in college, I also spent two months working in a peds unit. In my spare time I like to spend time with family and friends, read, watch movies, and spend time outside exploring. Two things you should know about me is that I am a registered nurse working as needed and I worked at a private school. My skills include being able to diffuse tantrums, I love playing games with kids, and I am trained in CPR/first aid.
