Megan is the best! My wife was hesitant, to say the least, about having anyone watch our son other than family, and Megan quickly changed her mind! Megan kept daily records of our son's day--including nutrition and nap times, and quickly responded back to our messages throughout the day. Around holidays, Megan would also bring crafts and things for our son to do! In conversation with her, you can tell she really cares about kids. Her expertise as an early childhood caregiver is evident. She was also very flexible with our schedules, and never turned down a day we asked. My wife and I both work for public schools, and we would both hire Megan in a heartbeat for any position in our schools!
