About Megan

Hi! I'm Megan - a mom of three with a background in social work and over a decade of hands-on childcare experience. I have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and grew up in a large family as one of five children, including a sibling with Down syndrome. I've cared for children of all ages, from newborns to teenagers. For the past 7 years, I've been a stay-at-home mom to my three kids (ages 7, 5, and 3). I truly understand the trust it takes to invite someone into your child's world. My older 2 will be in school during the week, but my sweet 3-year-old will be with me for daytime jobs. I'm very comfortable with bottle feeding, nap schedules, diaper changes, and supporting developmental milestones. I prioritize outdoor play, creative activities, and a calm, positive approach to behavior and communication.
