Megan is amazing. She's great at communicating; she's punctual, responsible, and dependable. We've been happy to work with her busy schedule to line up coverage and she hasn't missed a beat. She's also very kind and patient; great at de-escalating toddler tantrums and sibling fights without losing her cool. We'll miss her when she goes back to school, but at least it's a great university ;)
