About Megan

Hi! I'm a former teacher and mother of three who loves taking care of kids! I'm fascinated by the ways young children learn and grow, and the ways caregivers can encourage that growth. Since I began babysitting as a 13yo, I've been awed by the trust involved when a parent leaves their child with me, and determined to honor that trust. I believe all babysitting jobs should be "win-win-win"- for the child, the parents, and the provider. My priorities when providing childcare are as follows: 1. Ensure the child's physical safety. 2. Follow any instructions or requests from the parents. 3. Do all I can to help the child feel safe, secure, and loved. 4. Facilitate appropriate growth and development. 5. Make their time with me as fun as I can!
