About Megan

My philosophy for working with children is to allow them to be themselves and provide them with things that interest them. I believe that children should be active and spend as much time outside exploring. My way of working with children is to use their interests and ideas to investigate and learn more about things they are curious about. Allowing children to explore leads to them being interested in learning! One of my other key roles as a childcare provider is to establish a relationship with the children and the families. I believe that these relationships are crucial in having a cohesive and effective environment for a child/children. It is also my responsibility to successfully provide all around support for child and family! I am extremely passionate when it comes to working with children. I love seeing their perspectives on the world and watching them build their own ideas and thoughts about what they see. I am outgoing and reliable and enjoy being outdoors
