For the past 12 years, I've been privileged to provide comprehensive care, including respite care, transportation, personal care, light housekeeping, errands, and meal preparation for seniors and adults with developmental disabilities. My certifications provide me with a solid foundation. I am CPR certified. My approach is rooted in compassion and professionalism. I prioritize understanding each person's unique history and preferences. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always respecting their preferred method. Supporting families and fostering Independence is what I'm most passionate about.
