Megan was our nanny for 1.5 years. She is great at what she does. Megan is very kind and our kids took to her right away (even our very shy daughter). She was always on time and would communicate effectively. Megan is very flexible and can handle changes (schedule, routine, etc) very well. She is also very patient (nothing seems to phase her). Shes still the only person we have watch our kids. Our family has created a life long bond with Megan from the time she was our nanny.
