I am 18 and grew up helping raise two younger sisters and several cousins, which gave me a natural motherly instinct. From a young age, I learned that children thrive on attention, encouragement, and patience. I also spent time around elderly people, which taught me how to help without taking away independence. These experiences shaped me into a caring, open-minded, and bubbly person who enjoys connecting with others. I believe everyone deserves to feel valued and to have a purpose, no matter their age. I especially love working with children because of their curiosity, creativity, and potential. Helping them learn life skills, express themselves, and grow into confident individuals is deeply rewarding. My skills include multitasking, teaching, and being an active listener. I'm also patient yet determined, which helps me balance responsibility with empathy. Overall, I strive to bring out the best in others and make them feel special.
