About Megan

Hi! I've been caring for children for many years starting as a mother's helper and then babysitting through middle school into high school. During my junior senior years of high school I worked as a summer camp leader while I was responsible for a group of around 12 children each day and continued working with larger groups of children and an afterschool care program. I love working with kids and getting to know each child's individual personality. I believe children deserve both structure and understanding. I'm comfortable setting boundaries and maintaining expectations while also meeting kids where they are, listening to them, and treating them with respect. I want the children I care for to feel supported encouraged, and comfortable. I'm responsible, patient, and enthusiastic. I would love the opportunity to help your family!
