RN with 10+ years of healthcare and childcare experience, including pediatric care, nannying, critical care, etc. I currently work as a PACU nurse. I maintain AHA certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS. Safety, health, and age-appropriate development are my priorities. I work with physicians, professors, and business owners and executives who value evidence-based childcare and open communication. My approach focuses on childhood, discovery, consistency, emotional regulation, healthy boundaries, and positive guidance. I will not use corporal punishment or physical discipline. We will discuss parenting philosophies, household expectations, and childcare goals prior to start. I require references from prospective families. If our philosophies are not aligned, I will communicate that honestly and professionally. I am a mother and stepmother to three children ages 2, 12, and 14.
