Hi there to cleaning for commercial properties as well as make ready homes rentals. I do charge by the hour for smaller projects, and flat affordable rates for entire home. Regular home cleaning flat rate 250, and deep cleaning home flat rate is 450. Third cleaning within same month is half off subject to home cleaning only not small projects. I accept Zelle Cash app and my order. A $50 deposit is always required and nonrefundable upon booking.
