About Megan

Hi! My name is Megan and I've always known I wanted to work with children. I started out by doing an internship in high school with a 3rd grade class as well as babysitting for neighborhood families. I took classes on child development in college. I've been a teacher's aide for preschool and 6th grade as well as worked with a high school autistic student. I also worked in a play center with ages 3-8 and have experience with a wide range of ages. I started out with nannying by becoming a nanny in Colorado to a family with a 2-year-old boy and a family with 3 girls, ages 2, 4, and 6. I then nannied for 2 families in Salt Lake City for 3 years and loved seeing them transition from infants to toddlers! I took a break after having my sweet little boy. Now that he is 3, I would love to get back into doing what I love! I am fluent in American Sign Language and happy to teach children signs if desired. I'm also CPR and first aid certified.
