About Megan

Hello! My name is Megan and I am a 24-year-old graduate student in Early Childhood Education. I would love to take care of your loved one in this time of crisis. I am taking all health precautions (regularly washing hands for 20 seconds, spraying surfaces with disinfectant, looking for symptoms of the coronavirus etc.). I am virus-free and well-aware of the concerns and fear related to caring for elderly loved one as I have lived with my 92-year-old grandma with Alzheimer's for the past three years. In this time of crisis I understand that it's not only a medical-fear for families but also a need for emotional support for their loved ones as this crisis continues. Having lived with my grandma for so many years, I'm experienced in dealing with Alzheimer's from sun-downing to making sure their memory issues don't interfere with their medicine schedule to the hoarding and argumentative temper at times that comes with the disease.
