About Megan

Unlocking a student's unique potential drives my passion for education. With two years of experience supporting elementary and middle school students in math, English, and science, I focus on building confidence rather than simple memorization. I assess your child's learning style by observing how they engage with new material, then adapt my approach using visual aids, hands-on activities, or open discussion. When concepts become challenging, I break them into manageable steps and connect lessons to real-world interests to keep motivation high. I believe clear communication with families is the foundation of a successful partnership, ensuring we are always aligned on progress and goals. My greatest reward is witnessing that "aha!" moment when a student masters a difficult skill. I look forward to creating a supportive environment where your student feels empowered to learn and grow.
