My name is Megan H. I have been working with elderly and special needs for roughly 10+ years. I have experience in long-term care and short-term care, and I have experience with all types of disabilities. I have been a CNA for 12 years and plan on going back to school to become an RN. I have a passion for helping others and love working with special needs. I would love to find a family to work with to help out with whatever is needed. I am comfortable with feeding assistance, ADLs, bathing, and mobility issues. I have worked with hoyer lifts and have never met a patient that I did not feel comfortable assisting. I view this job as something that I love! It's a great feeling, I love knowing im making a difference in my work, and this job definitely helps do that. I would love to get the chance to work one on one with someone because most of my experience has been in a group home type setting where I was responsible for many clients at one time. Working one on one will be something new!
