Megan has the most amazing personality. She is so friendly and positive that she puts both parents and kids at ease. She is so in the moment with babies and kids and she engages them in all sorts of sensory play. I hope I explain this correctly, but Megan treats kids like little people, not as if she is an authoritarian, and my kids absolutely adore her. They still think she is their best friend even though they are now in school. My kids both flourished with Megan as their nanny, and I credit her for their good manners and critical thinking and positive sense of self. They definitely didn't get these qualities from me!
