About Megan

We hired Megan for a recurring role, Tuesdays and Fridays, $20 per hour (well above her requested range of $12-$17 listed on care.com). She completely ghosted for the first day which was a paid meet and greet one week before the recurring job started. No call, no text, no message through care, and she completely left us hanging. We specifically hired her because she is a nurse's aide and our son is newly diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. Her profile states she is dependable and willing to work with kids with special needs, but as evidenced by her ghosting, both of those are untrue. I would be very careful if you're considering hiring her as she may not show up, and you won't even know for sure due to a lack of communication. Also note, she even confirmed 2 hours prior to the first job, so she did a good job of appearing reliable even though she isn't.
