About Megan

I grew up with our family dog Charlie (a Beagle/Spaniel/Terrier mix). My family adopted him when he was 3 years old (I was 8 years old), and we grew up alongside each other until he passed away at the age of 12. In 2019, I did some weekend pet/house sitting for my cousin's 2 dogs (both were hound mixes) while she was out of town. In 2020, I adopted a 2-year-old Beagle named Daisy Mae, who was my beloved fur baby and the center of my universe. It was such a blessing to be her mom. The two of us lived very happily together from September 2020 until she passed away in April 2025 due to the rapid progression of a medical condition she was born with. I'm still grieving her passing, and I'm not personally ready to adopt another dog yet, but I love dogs, and it's been hard not being around many fur babies (except for some friends that have dogs and cats that I get to love on). I'm pet sitting and pet walking so I can enjoy more time with some new furry friends.
