About Megane

Hi! My name is Megane, and I have several years of experience caring for children both in my own family and in professional settings. I'm the oldest daughter of six siblings, so I've spent much of my life helping care for my younger brothers and sister, one of whom is on the autism spectrum. This experience has helped me develop strong patience, communication skills, and a deep understanding of children's emotional and developmental needs. In high school, I worked in an extended care program at an elementary and middle school, where I supervised children during after-school hours, led activities, helped with homework, and ensured a safe, fun environment. Now in college, I'm majoring in Policy Management and Leadership, where I'm building strong skills in organization, communication, and community engagement.
