We hired Megan to be our full-time nanny. She is basically perfect - we highly recommend her, as long as you don't try to take her away from our family! She is punctual, dressed professionally, has a naturally nurturing way with our baby and toddler. The kids are happy, well-behaved, and rested when we get home. Again, Megan has been the perfect fit for us!
