We've hired Megan 3 times in the last couple months. Megan was great with my children, however she is not dependable. She was 15 minutes late the second time we hired her and no call-no showed the third time. The third event she knew about a month in advanced and it was very important. I tried to reach out to her the evening before and day of my important event to confirm she was still coming with no response. If you need a dependable and punctual babysitter I would not recommend. If those are not important qualities she was good with the children.
