Hello! My name is Megan! I am a certified teacher in grades K-6 and 5-8 for social studies. I got my degree at the University of Delaware and graduated in 2016! I have always loved working with kids so teaching has been the perfect fit! I began babysitting at age 14 and since then, I have babysat for several families with children of all ages. My babysitting jobs have varied from date nights, nannying for summers, to after-school care. I have worked with children of all ages, however, most of my experience is with upper elementary and middle school students. I have taught 4th, 5th, 7th, and 8th grade, however I am comfortable working with children of all ages.

It is with great pleasure that I recommend Megan as a babysitter. She has watched my two children (ages 9 and 7) many times in the last 5 years since we moved back to this area. I've known Megan since she was born and was very excited that she'd able to babysit for my children since we finally lived close to her! Megan always comes to our home on time, cheerful and ready to engage my kids with art, play, books and other fun activities. She is smart, nice and a great listener. My kids love Megan and look forward to spending time with her. And I love that she always follows our directions in terms of eating, bedtime, etc. We still call Megan and ask her to babysit as often as we can! By hiring Megan you can be assured that you won't get a teenager who lounges around watching TV while your kids fend for themselves. Megan is fun, and any family that hires her has very fortunate children indeed.
