I love working with children and helping mold them into compassionate, kind, respectful beings. I encourage children to feel the wide range of emotions that they experience and work with them on how to safely express these emotions. I communicate with children just as I would with adults, with honestly, patience, and an open mind. One of my favorite parts about working with children is being able to witness moments of growth. Seeing a child that I've spent time caring for be able to identify their emotion, ask for help when needed, or set a healthy boundary is so rewarding!

Megan has been taking care of our 3 children for 5 years (infants to grade school). She is wonderful with the kids and very dependable! Megan managed driving them, cooking meals, school drop off/pick ups, schoolwork, bed times, teaching reading and so much more. She also traveled frequently with us on vacation. We are so sad she is moving to Colorado, but any family would be extremely lucky to have her.
