About Megan

Hello! My name is Megan! I'm 25 years old, and I've been working with kids since I was 16 years old. I'm currently a kindergarten teacher in Cleveland, Ohio. I received my bachelors degree in early childhood education from Lake Erie College, I have my teaching license for grades preschool to 3rd grade, but I got my degree for grades preschool to 5th grade. I've worked in daycares, after school programs, preschools, and I have experience with preschool, first grade, second grade, and third grade. I have my certification in the science of reading, and I am very passionate about finding ways to best suit each child's individual learning style. I love teaching, and working with small groups of students or working one on one is one of the best ways to help students learn and reach their full potential! I'm a fun, energetic, compassionate, caring, and supportive nurturer for children that I have the pleasure of working with!
