We interviewed Megan by phone and in-person. While we ultimately decided to hire another caregiver who better fit our family's needs right now, we would have hired Megan in a second. Megan's care profile does not do her justice. She is smart and fun and managed to catch my usually parent-oriented toddler's attention. She is also a true professional. I also called 3 references, and they all said the same - reliable, flexible, engaging, kids really liked her. Any family who lands her would be very lucky! p.s. I volunteered to write this (Megan didn't ask me) because she really was great and made us wish we could hire more than one nanny!
