About Megan

Hello! My name is Megan. I am looking to gain experience working with seniors as well as people with physical and/or mental disabilities. I have experience with special needs and truly enjoy helping people with disabilities. My step brother has cerebral palsy and my good friend from high school has cerebral palsy, autism, and muscular distrophy. I understand the struggles that come along with these and other disabilities. Helping people in their daily life as well as being a friend is my favorite thing to do. I also have experience with dementia and Alzheimer's as my husbands grandfather has declined rapidly in his old age. Helping him feel safe and understand what is going on makes me feel like what I am doing matters. I would love to gain more experience in this field and be able to be a companion to your loved ones.
