About Megan

Empowering elementary students to reach their full potential is my passion. My approach centers on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning, rather than simple memorization. I adapt my methods by observing how you interact with new material, utilizing visual aids, discussions, and hands-on activities to ensure concepts click. When subjects become challenging, I connect lessons to your personal interests and celebrate every small success along the way. I believe clear communication with both students and parents is the foundation of a successful, collaborative environment. Witnessing that "aha!" moment when a student masters a new skill is the most rewarding part of my work. I bring patience and enthusiasm to every session, whether we meet at your home, the library, or a community center. I look forward to helping you grow and succeed!
