I also baby say my neighbors and have 6 month of experience working in childcare with infants and 1-year-olds. I currently work a part time job as a certified nursing assistant at a senior center. We had the pleasure of having Megan care for our 1 year old son, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was warm, engaging, and so patient with him. Always punctual and reliable, which gave us great peace of mind. She often brought fun activities and crafts to keep him entertained (especially on rainy days) and always found creative ways to make each day special. She maintained open communication, took feedback well, and was flexible with our schedule, which we really appreciated. She truly went above and beyond to make sure he was happy, safe, and well cared for. I lost my job and ended up staying home, other wise I would have kept her forever! I would highly recommend her to any family looking for a dependable and caring nanny!
