About Megan

I'm passionate about helping elementary students unlock their unique potential in Math and English. With a Masters degree in Elementary Education, certified in LETRS training (Science of Reading/phonological awareness/phonemic awareness), I create engaging, supportive, and patient learning environments. I adapt my teaching using visual aids, hands-on activities, and open discussions to suit each student's style. I connect challenging topics to their interests, celebrate small wins, and provide positive reinforcement to keep them motivated. Communication is key; I value building trust and collaboration with both students and parents. Witnessing those "aha!" moments and seeing confidence bloom is the most rewarding part of my work.
