About Medina

To Whom it May Concern, Medina was our nanny from February 2023 through June 2024. Our daughter was four months old when Medina started caring for her four to five days per week. Medina was always on time and requested schedule changes well ahead of time. She was also flexible with our schedule changes as she was able and is reasonable. I cannot say enough good things about Medina. One of my favorite things Medina did with our daughter was take her on daily walks around the neighborhood and to the nearby playground. At least once (and even twice on nice weather days), Medina would pack the stroller with water, snacks, a blanket, etc. and take our daughter for an outing. I never had to worry that the baby was being plopped down in front of the tv for hours on end. Medina was constantly interacting with her, talking with her, and they had their own routine together. I would purposely leave baby in pajamas for when Medina arrived as one of their daily rituals was to pick out a cute outfit together. Medina is also a great communicator. She frequently sent me photos, videos, and updates throughout the day while I was at the office. She would let me know when they were leaving the house on a walk and when they returned. I never had to worry or question what was happening at the house. Medina was very respectful of our childcare preferences and kept to our bottle- feeding schedule and then the lunch and snack options as baby got older. As an additional note, Medina was very kind to our pets as well. As an avid animal lover, I find this to be a quality trait especially with our high energy dog and overly snuggly cat. Our very timid cat, who is afraid of most people, would also come to Medina for a daily pet. We also have another daughter about four years older than baby that loves Medina just as much. She requests Medina to come babysit all the time and looks forward to Medina coming over. She is jealous that her little sister had so much one-on-one time with Medina. It was a joy to have Medina care for our daughters (and pets), and we still get together and keep in touch as a result. I hope that you consider Medina for your childcare needs. She is fantastic.
