I am a Certified Early Childhood Education professional with 15+ years of experience providing nurturing, dependable, developmentally appropriate care. I'm experienced with children ages 5 weeks to 9 years old and take pride in creating a safe, organized environment where children can thrive. I am proactive, observant, organized, and comfortable working independently. I recognize what needs to be done and take initiative without being micromanaged, while keeping children's needs first. My primary focus is childcare, including routines, meals, children's laundry, age-appropriate activities, and maintaining their spaces. I also offer household support such as family laundry and organization when discussed in advance. Additional responsibilities may require an adjusted rate.
