About Mechelle

Hi! My name is Mechelle! I'm a caring and experienced childcare professional with 3 years of experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 6 years. I currently work as an Assistant Director at a daycare and have experience with infant care, potty training, early learning, and developmental activities. I've also worked as a camp counselor with children ages 8-11, where I planned fun activities and encouraged teamwork and creativity. I'm currently studying Early Childhood Education with the goal of becoming a kindergarten teacher. I love arts and crafts and creating fun, engaging activities while making sure children feel safe, happy, and cared for. I'm CPR/First Aid trained, Illinois Gateway certified, and a mandated reporter. I'd love the opportunity to become a dependable part of your family!
