About Mecca

With an associate's degree from San Diego State University and over four years as an after-school teacher, l've had the joy of creating engaging lesson plans, leading fun and educational activities, and fostering a positive environment where kids can learn and grow. My passion for caring for children stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles and my personal passion for fostering their growth and development. I believe every child is unique, and I strive to provide a safe and nurturing environment where they can thrive. I'm patient, calm, and creative, and I love introducing children to new and exciting activities, such as drawing, baking, and artsy projects. I firmly believe in open communication with parents and always follow their preferred method of communication to discuss their child's day or any issues that arise. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring the children in my care are safe and well-behaved.
