Employed for Round Rock School District for 5 years in a functional communication classroom(non-verbal) for students in grades K-3. Received training in CPI, non-violent crisis intervention, Behavior therapy, CPR while also working with speech, occupational and physical therapy providers. I did not receive training in medical equipment/procedures but am happy to learn. In my personal life, for the last 12 years, I have been a full time single mom to two amazing humans. My son, 22, resides out of state pursuing his dreams and my daughter, 17, graduated a year early and is working while pursuing a career in the medical field. I was recently laid off from my accounting job(the majority of career has been in this field) and am looking to find a family to support to use my education background to get back to a field that is so rewarding.
