She was a no-show twice! The first time, she said she was ill. I told her she just needed to be honest and communicate with me; I am very understanding. We met and reviewed the job, and she came to my home. She accepted the position and agreed on starting today July 21st between 8-9am. I let her pick the day. She again was a no-show. I sent a message at approximately 9:15 and never heard anything back from her. We agreed to have good communication in the future and if she was going to be late or not be able to make it to let me know ASAP. She had my personal phone number and email, as well as care.com. There was no calls, text or messages from Meagan. I am very disappointed and a waste of my time.
