McKinley has been such a wonderful nanny for our 9 month old son for the past 5 months. She is always on time (she is almost always a little early). She has been flexible when needed. She has great initiative and does things without being told. She is even great with our puppy too. Most importantly, she has been wonderful with our son, caring for him, playing with him, reading to him, singing with him and taking him on walks to the park. She has a fun yet calming personality and is easy to get along with. Our son adores her. I am sad we will no longer need her. I can't recommend her enough!
