Throughout her career, McKenzie has provided detailed, high-quality care to thousands of infants, including multiples. Her expertise lies in building strong connections with families and offering patient-centered care, all while ensuring that both babies and their families feel supported and informed. She is skilled at communicating effectively with healthcare professionals and family members, making her a trusted resource. McKenzie is also a certified Newborn Care Specialist and Breastfeeding Consultant. Before becoming a registered nurse, McKenzie volunteered as an infant cuddler in the NICU and worked as a nanny, solidifying her passion for newborn care. In her personal life, McKenzie is a mother to two children, and enjoys spending time with her husband, and their goldendoodle.
