My husband and I cannot express enough gratitude for having McKenzie as the dedicated and nurturing nanny for my two loving boys. She has given genuine care to both my 4-year-old son, who is autistic, and my 1-year-old who she cared for since he was just 4 months old. McKenzie's approach to caring for our autistic son is truly exceptional. She has not only taken the time to understand his unique needs but has also ask questions from his therapist and research more about autism and various therapeutic techniques. This dedication has enabled her to create a nurturing environment where he feels safe, comfortable, and understood. Her patience and compassion in helping him navigate the challenges he faces are nothing short of remarkable. Under her care, we've witnessed incredible progress and growth in our son, (especially helping us with his potty training) which is a testament to McKenzie's exceptional skills and patience as a caregiver. Overall, we feel incredibly fortunate to have her as a part of our family's journey, and we wholeheartedly recommend McKenzie to any family in search of a reliable and compassionate nanny who will care for their children as if they were her own.
