! I'm McKenna, and I have over 10 years of experience working with children of all ages, from infants to school-aged kids. I've worked as a Childcare Director, Kindergarten Teacher, and one-on-one aide, which has given me a strong understanding of child development and how to create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment. I'm passionate about building positive connections with children through engaging activities, support, and consistency. I also have experience working with children with behavioral and developmental needs and approach every situation with patience and compassion. I'm currently studying Behavioral Health Science with a focus on trauma, along with paralegal studies, as I plan to advocate for children and families in the future.
