About Mckenna

I have experience as a caregiver for seniors, beginning in 2017 when I worked part-time for a man in his 80s. I assisted with personal care including bathing, dressing, diaper and colostomy bag changes, meal preparation, and scheduling appointments. In the summer of 2023, I also cared for my grandfather who had dementia. I supported him with hygiene needs, meal prep--including blending and soft food adaptation--accompanied him to physical and speech therapy, and provided companionship through games and music.
