Hi, I'm Kenna! My husband & I just moved to SC to care for my grandpa. Before we ventured to the sunny south, I was in my 5th year of teaching Kindergarten Prep. In 2020, I received a Master's in Early Childhood Education and am licensed to teach PreK to 2nd grade. I wrote my own curriculum & have no shortness of creative ideas for engaging children in learning, playing, and imagining. I spent 10 years working in education, but my experience with kids goes way beyond that! At the age of 11, l began caring for my 7 younger siblings; I have spent thousands of hours babysitting for dozens of families; and some of my summers have been spent nannying infants, preschoolers, running day camps for elementary kids, and more in between! For 2. 5 years, | was the director of the children's ministry program at my church, as well! Kids are what I'm best at! So l am in search of some child care opportunities while caring for my grandpa.
