About McKenna

Hi everyone! I've been working with children for over 10 years. I've cared for children ranging from 1-18 years old with families from many different backgrounds. Before starting my current job, I spent five years working as a long-term nanny as my full-time job and I miss it. I currently work full-time as a Care Coordinator Supervisor for a behavioral health agency, where I advocate for children and families navigating mental health challenges, heightened behaviors, and autism. I'm also currently working toward my Master of Social Work, so I'm looking for part-time childcare opportunities, primarily evenings, after-school help, and weekends. Since I work from home, my daytime schedule is flexible as well, which allows me to help with things like after school pickups and dropoffs when needed. I'm excited to connect with new families and hopefully become someone your kids look forward to spending time with! And yes I'm also trying to pay for grad school one nanny gig at a time LOL
