I love to listen to peoples stories and experiences, and continue to do so as I pursue a career. Being around seniors has been a satisfying adventure. I get to laugh with them when they retell a story from their youth, or learn wisdom through a life lesson. Throughout my journey as a caregiver I have helped with all age groups from different backgrounds. Such as infants, to wild toddlers, a TBI teenager, dementia senior, hospice patient, and a war veteran. I have learned to be patient and adapt to the unique challenges that I am presented with. I can gladly say each and every one of those folks I had the pleasure to know, has left a profound impact on me. I cultivated a relationship with all of them, and I continue to carry those moments with me.
